This series is designed as a progressive learning journey, guiding pharmaceutical decision-makers from foundational concepts through to advanced, real-world decision-making capability.
The Series begins with a program of four courses which lay the foundational elements of Risk Based
Decision Making.
The series develops the Diamond Approach to decision-making - an approach designed by Valerie Mulholland which encourages divergent and critical thinking with respect to risk before converging upon an objective defensible decision option.
