The Decision Science Series begins where all great decisions start: with the 'WHY.'

This first course, 'The What, the Why and the When,' builds your foundational framework for Risk-Based Decision Making (RBDM).  It addresses the criticality of RBDM, introduces the International Council for Harmonisation (ICH), and provides a clear model for assessing when a PQS decision requires higher formality based on the three factors.  Importance, Complexity, and Uncertainty.

The Double Diamond  Approach
Consists of four separate courses designed to lay the foundational elements for better  Decision Making.

At the end of the first Program, the learner will


    • Decision leadership: facilitate better cross-functional decisions under pressure. 
    • Audit-ready reasoning: articulate rationale, evidence thresholds, uncertainty and trade-offs clearly.
